HOW YOU CAN HELP
Display a poster and hand out brochures
Request copies of our poster or brochure and display them in your office, school or club. Go a step further and put posters in your neighborhood stores, gym, bars, coffee shops, Laundromats or event post it at work.

Do you know a website that will host our web banner free of charge? Please contact us to let us know, and we will send it you you.
Event DayWe need volunteers to make it happen! If you can't run or walk the 4 miles, why not sign up to help out on the day. Click here to

Form a team at work
Be the leader and get a team of colleagues from work to run for hunger. It's fun! If they can't run or walk 4 miles, ask them to sponsor you.
Double your donation: matching gifts
