Leslie Convey

Leslie graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in International Relations. She studied abroad in Costa Rica and wrote a dissertation on the plausibility of private enterprise in rural areas. Leslie also got her MBA at Columbia University.

Leslie quickly identified high performance teams at UCH Venture Capital by managing a successful portfolio of seed investments. At 1800Flowers.com, in M&A and Business Development, she became an expert in merchandising, marketing and e-commerce. She was then recruited to Mars to become GM of the e-commerce division. She successfully implemented a turnaround process and integrated e-commerce and retail globally.

Leslie is most passionate about people and growth. Hence, she also loves spending time with her husband and 3 kids. They love skiing, the beach, and attending sporting events. Leslie also sits on the board of Baked by Melissa, as well as two charter schools in West Philadelphia servicing underprivileged students, Belmont Charter and Family Charter School.
