Ryan Scott
Event Officer
Ryan Scott is a Chicago native and joins the Concern Worldwide US team as an Event Officer for the Midwest Region. Ryan graduated in 2020 from the University of Dayton with a B.A. in Sociology and Human Rights studies with a minor in Political Science. Professionally, Ryan has worked in various roles, including interning with the Ohio Attorney General’s office in their Civil Rights sector and the Business and Human Rights Resource Centre in Manhattan, New York.
More recently, Ryan has worked in fundraising and development for EPIC Academy on the south side of Chicago. Beyond his professional experience, Ryan is passionate about advocacy and social justice work and seeks to merge this passion into his role with Concern. When not working, Ryan considers himself an extrovert and enjoys opportunities to connect and learn more about those around him.
