John McCarthy

John McCarthy is a transformational business leader who has led multiple high-technology firms in the areas of sales, marketing, and operations. His industry experience has spanned enterprise communications, collaboration, contact center, and security. As CEO, John has led 3 companies to successful exits thru acquisition by private equity and enterprises looking to expand their market and technical expertise.

In November of 2021, John became a member of the Board of Directors for Concern US, with the primary objective to grow awareness of Concern Worldwide in the Greater Boston and New England geographies.

John and his wife Kathy live in Boston, MA, have two grown children and 5 grandchildren. John received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Providence College where he played lacrosse and was Captain his senior year. He is an avid golfer, plays ice hockey regularly, and cherishes every minute he spends with his family, particularly his grandchildren.
