Johannes Davies
Program Officer
Johannes is a Program Officer at Concern Worldwide US, where he primarily works on post-award grant management and previously provided logistics support for Concern’s Chad-Sudan cross-border operations. Johannes joined Concern after three years at St. Andrew’s Refugee Services in Egypt, where he worked with asylum seekers and refugees in the RSD, protection, and resettlement processes. Johannes also previously worked in Uganda and Madagascar, where he helped establish traceable coffee and vanilla supply chains. During university, Johannes interned at the World Food Programme, The Advocates for Human Rights, and Dexis Consulting Group. Johannes graduated from Macalester College in 2018 with BAs in Economics and Political Science, and concentrations in Human Rights and Humanitarianism, and International Development. A dual citizen of Denmark and the United States, Johannes grew up in Cambodia, Uganda, Mozambique and Italy.
